Ingredients: – 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed) – ½ tsp salt – 6 tbsp ice water

– 4 cups fresh blueberries – ¾ cup sugar – 2 tbsp cornstarch – 1 tbsp lemon juice – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

– Mix flour and salt, then cut in butter until crumbly. Add ice water to form dough. – Roll out and place in a 9-inch pie pan.

Mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into crust.

– Cover with top crust, crimp edges, and cut slits for steam. – Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
