Drinking coffee at a certain time of day could reduce death risk, study finds

A recent study has uncovered that drinking coffee at specific times of the day could significantly reduce the risk of death.

Researchers analyzed data from thousands of participants over several years, examining their coffee consumption habits and health outcomes.

The findings suggest that consuming coffee in the morning, particularly between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, aligns with the body’s natural cortisol rhythm, maximizing its health benefits.

Coffee is rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds, which have been linked to improved heart health, reduced inflammation, and better metabolic function.

The study highlights that moderate consumption—about 2 to 3 cups daily—can lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases and early mortality.

However, timing is key. Drinking coffee too late in the day can disrupt sleep patterns, negatively impacting overall health.

Researchers emphasize that coffee’s benefits should be part of a balanced lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise.
